Caladium Fancy Red Flash

I have been using Longfield Garden's Caladium bulbs for five years or more. Living 10 miles from the Florida border annuals are not practical for me. Every year I add up to a couple hundred more caladiums to my front and back yards. Living on a golf course, our front and back yards are visible from the cart path. Weekly I have golfers and people driving by where do I get my bulbs. Most those who stop have tried caladiums from the local home improvement stores and stop by regularly to ask why there's don't compare to mine. I give them the Longfield Garden's site and tell them how to grow from bulbs and they home back the next year and tell me they wished they knew about Longfield Gardens sooner. As an aside, this year with my bulbs, I got two Bellini Begonias for free. They look awesome with their tropical flowers and the humming birds love them. I probably have nearly 500 caladiums in my beds from Longfield gardens so I can say with all certainty you will not be disappointed.

I planted a wide a variety of caladiums this spring. Over 20 in total. All the reds, the greens the White Christmas and everyone did fantastic. I planted them all throughout my gardens and in containers. They are all so striking especially the containers, which I had never done before. Their companions were your Canna Lillies. Simply stunning combination. In the garden areas, the reds really popped surrounding my Black Eyed Susan's. I am thrilled with their size, vibrancy and how healthy they've been throughout the summer. It's late August and we've had quite a bit of rain. They are still vibrant and thriving! I have never had a better experience than I have had with Longfield Gardens. I purchased from other online nurseries, by far Mary Ann and her knowledge along with kindness and customer service made my experience one that has by far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Longfield for all your bulb, rhyzome and tuber purchases. Great quality! My gardens have never looked this good! The lillies, all varieties, from Canna, to Call a and all the others also did fantastic.

I've long loved caladium, remembering them from my grandmother's home. Too much sun in my yard had kept me from planting them until I found "Flash".They are nothing short of phenomenal! The bulbs were large, and everyone came up. And did they ever come up! The leaves are plentiful, much larger than I expected, and a delicious red.

Planted these in my partly sunny east facing south Texas front yard last year. They were beautiful and very long lasting. Nothing I've ever planted has looked as nice during our horrible summers as these Caladiums. HIGHLY recommend.
